Structured trainings

Here you will learn how to use the time spent on the saddle to work for your progress. We will turn you from cycle tourists into cyclists! We’ll show you how to use a power meter and set up your power zones. We’ll teach you to TRAIN

Before and after ride exercises

Following the instructions, you will perform daily warm-up and cool-down stretching exercises before and after each training session! Once a week there will be a specialized strength training in a gym!
