Mallorca

Mallorca is a beautiful island in the Mediterranean Sea that has become a popular destination for roadies. The island offers a perfect combination of (mostly) warm weather, beautiful scenery and world-class facilities, making it an ideal location for athletes of all levels. One of the main advantages of training in Mallorca is the island’s diverse terrain. You can spend your whole day smashing it on flat terrain or gliding up one of the many iconic climbs. The island has a few challenging climbs, including the famous Sa Calobra and Puig Major routes. Mallorca is a safe and welcoming destination for athletes. The island has a strong cycling culture, with many quiet roads and dedicated cycle paths.

The idea

Cycling has been a part of me all my life. My father was cyclist and he eventually became a coach! I started racing when I was 9 years old. Today, more than 25 years later Im still doing it because I love it!

I moved to Mallorca in 2014 and it became my second home.

Over years spent in the world of bikes and cycling vacations, Ive met hundreds of cycling enthusiasts. Through these conversations and rides with many many cycling enthusiasts, I recognized how much time they really spend in the saddle! However, season after season, despite all that time in the saddle, they come back to cycle and the fitness of most was the same or lower! I wondered how this was possible. Through conversation I learned that they continued to ride bicycles for many kilometers even after their holidays in Mallorca, but their fitness is the same when they arrive on the island! I recognized that these people just don’t know how to make saddle time work for them! I think there is a way that these people can continue to have fun on their bikes, continue to have amazing moments with wonderful company during those 3,4 and 5 hours in the saddle, but use all of this saddle time to make them stronger, faster and healthier day after day, week after week! Who doesn’t want to climb faster and continue beating their own records? Who doesn’t want to hear compliments on every Sunday ride with their club “hey, your level has risen a lot” “hey you’re much faster than a month ago”! Who doesn’t want to see improvement in what they do while practicing what they love!

I realized that a “training camp” would be extremely beneficial for these people! “Training camps” can teach you how to make your “hobby”, your “fun freedom time”, pay off with every subsequent ride and make you feel proud of every little result! “Training camps” is here to and will show you how to create results from the time you spend on the bike anyway!
